A Time to Release What No Longer Serves You
And how do you like this title? The soul's reckoning with reality. Sounds like an important time to clean out that which cannot move into our futures and to vision a new future that serves our souls.
This full moon in Capricorn is asking some very important questions that will assist us in aligning to our soul path, rather than the path of suffering. We will take advantage of these energies to clear what no longer serves us, and to align with heart, soul, love, and truth.
- What responsibilities are we no longer needing to carry? Meaning, put down what is not yours.
- Where has life (work, relationships, health) become a shell instead of your soul vessel? But pay attention to where you inauthentic and out of alignment.
- Are you building your life in truth and love or are you falling into fear patterns to make your choices?
- Ancestral wounding is also coming to the surface so we can heal it.

What to bring for the evening:
- Offerings of love for the altar - flowers, candle, sacred items to be blessed
- Your prayers, an open heart, and anything you wish to release or bless to the fire
- Written stories you desire to let go of
- Old photos (on non-toxic burnable paper)
- Organic items that symbolize release and reset
- Sage, palo santo, sacred tobacco or other herbs that purify
- Seeds that symbolize new life as you let go of the old
- Cotton rope or twine that is knotted (symbolizing the stuck energies you are sacrificing to the fire)
- Old journal pages
- Anything organic that must be let go via fire for purification and illuminatio
