All orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days of your completed purchase.
If you receive damaged or faulty product and have ordered through our Faire portal, please contact Faire or us within 7 days of receiving the order. Get pre-approval for returning your product to receive credit or replacement of goods. All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization form as well as your original receipt. If for any reason you find any issues with your order, contact us immediately and we will be happy to take care of you.
