Focusing Through the HeartRegularly life reminds me of the importance of focus and where I put my attention each day, each hour and each breath.
In the world around us with so many challenges, from the news of floods, volcanoes, earthquakes, human tragedy, to the tenuous political environment, we are each faced with how we will react, respond and show up each day. There is a greater polarity of experiences, points of views and responses.
Do you focus your response through criticism, fear, intellect, denial, ignoring or do you find your compassionate heart along the way? Are you being bombarded by pain and suffering, or are you thriving in your world? Are you crushed by the human issues around you, or are you living in happiness and joy?
Learning to be more masterful with the power of your focus and the power of choice can change everything for you in a positive way. The world climate of fear is an energy leak. If we give our attention to it and let it rock our world negatively, it creates energy loss. This in turn creates a loss of power, draining your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual resources.
With practice, we can close up the energy leak and open to the life giving forces of Spirit found in the Cosmos, the Universe, Mother Earth, the Stars, the Sun, the Moon... Focusing through the heart, rather than the head, brings compassion and a path of possibility, a path of hope and healing.
Focus through the heart, through the energy of love, and shift everything experienced as pain and fear. The quality and energy of love forgives the mistakes and hardships, and brings us into the center of Spirit, into the presence of wellness. It allows us to flow, rather than to be stuck in fear, lack or stubbornness for what has been created in our world. It offers a place of flexibility and possibility where we can dream anew with support.

I was reminded this weekend of a buddhist teaching that is most appropriate when speaking of these human journeys. "Pain is part of the human experience. Suffering is optional."
Be well, be kind to yourself and others, drop down into your heart, and know that you are the blessing that changes your world and the larger landscape of all life as you simple love.
Be still, be love, be blessed and be the blessing wherever you go.
Full Moon Jungle Redemption was painted deep in the jungles of Peru at the Yarapa Art School, on the Yarapa tributary off of the Amazon river early July 2015. Once again I was on a shamanic retreat, or shall I say "ADVENTURE!". This retreat, however, I struck off on my own to join a native Peruvian plant medicine and visionary shamanic sister artist, Casilda Pinche Sanchez. My shamanic adventure was filled with many more obstacles, challenges and opportunities for growth it seemed than my previous six trips to the jungle with my shamanic teachers, or that is what I like to tell myself. From language barriers, cultural differences, third world sanitation conditions and being the only white girl in the jungle, I definitely got the opportunity to let go of hucha (bad energy and attitudes), as well as fill myself with the true beauty and power the jungle had to offer.
Anyone devoted to the shamanic path knows that shamanic adventures are not romantic and necessarily easy, but they are vast in the opportunities to come into one's power and wisdom if you will take ownership every experience. After all, in shamanism, a core principle is that "I am dreaming my reality! As are you! We are the dreamers of EVERYTHING!" Another core principle is that "All is well, no matter the appearances of things!" So no matter how challenged I was on this adventure, just as I have been in many other shamanic adventures, I gained another opportunity to dream a little better and to know all was well or good, no matter the illusion I would wrangle with that I called challenging. A very clear guidance was that I needed to add a few significant details to my dream to raise the quality of my experiences!
Full Moon Jungle Redemption came right at the full moon, exactly when I needed her, and about a week into my 14 day stay. She came to bring healing, and to restore my heart energy, to restore my innocence, my purity and true inner beauty. This was not in spite of my challenges, but in transformation of my perception of my experiences. She came to help me forgive that which was challenging and hard within what I was experiencing as a harsh yet beautiful environment.
The imagery and energy of Full Moon Jungle Redemption brought me the restorative medicines I needed exactly at that moment. She offers inner awareness, innocence, purity, protection, wisdom, trust and sacred transformation. Her inward state comes in union with the powerful Divine Feminine medicine of the jungle.
The female in the painting represents the blending of the innocence and purity of the inner golden child with the young woman entering into her power. She is focused on the cup of sacred tea she is about to drink, in an inner reflective, and prayerful state. As this painting came into form, the word Redemption came into my mind, telling me the power and medicine this painting brings.
The other medicines that came forth in this painting are that of the Amazon river, again with pink dolphin as my Jaguar Woman painting that came first, and that of mermaid. The Amazon river is the river of life, the pink dolphin this time brings humor and love, offering a lightening up of the situation that has been intense. And the mermaid brings protection with honesty to the situation. She reminds me the 3-D reality is a dream, and to wake up and to nourish my self with the love and vast energy all around me, and within me.
Again, jaguar is present, arising from the energy of the cup of sacred brew. Jaguar's spirit, again reminds me that there is great protection and guidance always, and in all ways. To the right arising out the the cup are vibrant, chacruna leaves, to activate the spirit molecule DMT and bring great vision. Also arising on the right and overhead is the Ayahuasca vine, or vine of the soul. The sacred vine and the chacruna leaves create the magical brew (in the cup) of grandmother ayahuasca, a revered visionary plant medicine used by the indigenous Amazonian peoples to bring healing, vision and alignment with the highest soul’s expression.
The full moon shines the reflective light of the inner self, the subconscious, upon the beautiful maiden, bringing illumination beyond the darkness. Within the energy sparks and forms on the right above the chacruna leaves you can see the owl eyes, peering through the dimensions, again bringing protection and cleaning for this one, and for all who partake of this imagery.
If you have been called to this imagery, call Full Moon Jungle Redemption and her medicines into your heart, to restore your purity and innocence, and to call forth great protection and wisdom to guide you upon your path, unscathed by the illusion and challenges of physical world, or ordinary reality. Invoke this medicine to redeem and restore you at the deepest soul levels, bringing you present to your power and presence to dream your life with nothing but love.
Jaguar Woman is an inspired vision that came to me while deep in the jungles of Peru in late June 2015. Her inspiration was the first vision to come on a 14 day trip, without the comforts of home, and yet with the guidance of the jungle totems, plants, animals, birds, dolphins, mermaids, etc.
Jaguar Woman is the merging of Black Jaguar, a protector of mine, and a "medicine" that has worked with me for some time now, and woman. Particular to my own challenges of being in the jungle this trip, Jaguar Woman showed up from within my own being, to help me own my power and strength, and to let me know how protected and guided I truly am.
Jaguar filled me with restorative energy, great strength, power, protection, focus, authority and wisdom, and brought me other medicines reflected within this painting. Into Jaguar Woman's mouth is the Ayahuasca vine, or more specifically the banistropis capi vine. Around the Jaguar Woman's head is a circle of chacruna leaves. When the vine and leaves are brewed together, they create the powerful visionary Ayahuasca brew, native to the jungles of Peru. A cup of this sacred brew is held in Jaguar Woman's right hand, with much energy radiating from the brew, reflecting its power of transformation and restoration. In Jaguar Woman's other hand is a pipe with tobacco smoke coming from it. Tobacco is a powerful plant ally to the shamans in Peru. It is very good at carrying prayers to Spirit and clearing bad energy and bad spirits. It is also a protective energy, and works well when you honor it as sacred and respect its power.
My teachers will tell you tobacco is an amazing healing spirit, who will work with you when you are in right relationship. AND, if you disrespect it and are unconscious with tobacco, it will kill you! So don't mess with tobacco. Honor and respect it for its power.
To the upper left in the painting is Owl, whose medicine brings great power and healing. Owl eats fear, and brings the golden light of wisdom into any situation when you have owl medicine. Owl is incredibly powerful too, at cleaning up energy that is not serving you, assisting you in waking up and seeing more clearly what is Spirit and what is true, especially when life has been dark or difficult.
To the right of Jaguar Woman are two pink dolphins, another powerful medicine from the Amazon rivers. During my trip the pink dolphins brought me much happiness and joy, restoring my heart when things were not so easy in this jungle environment. The dolphins were reminders to lighten up, don't take it all so seriously. Restore your playfulness. At the top right you will find three hummingbirds, who bring the medicine of joy.
Jaguar Woman sits on a beautiful ground of patterns, which reflects the song vibrations of the medicine of the jungle. Many indigenous peoples in the jungles will tell you were are born as a song, or vibratory pattern. The Shipibo in the jungle will create "song" clothes that reflect these patterns and medicines. This pattern of vibrant greens is singing healing into you through the painting! These patterns extend into the waters of the rivers around the dolphins too.
As you look more deeply into the painting you will find eyes at the top of the painting as well as one under the far right hummingbird. These eyes represent the all seeing eyes of Spirit, and the wisdom of piercing the illusion of 3-D reality. We are multi-dimensional beings! These eyes are bringing greater vision to seeing through this world to the larger reality.

Call upon the sacred spirit of the Divine Feminine of the jungles and all her medicines to bring you into your wholeness, to remember who you are, and to bring that fully present now.

Radiant RA Essence of Solar ActivationThe Radiant RA Essence of Solar Activation and Light came into my awareness when I was asked to flow two different Soul Essence paintings and portals into form for a chiropractor and his offices in Boulder area, Colorado. He set his intentions for each office, to bring in energy and a portal of reflecting wisdom, to support him in fulfilling his purpose, as well as to feel the state of flowing gratitude, relaxation, spaciousness, prosperity, passion and connection to self and others. As I reflected upon his words and focused heart desires, I began to feel the Golden Light of Consciousness penetrate my auric field and consciousness, lighting up my inner vision and perception.
Radiant RA essence was the second painting to come in, though I thought his energy would penetrate the canvas first. (See blog on Soul Star KA essence to learn more about the first painting and to enjoy it's portal imagery).
The golden light continued to illuminate my mind’s eye as I asked for the energy and imagery of the second soul essence painting. I asked how does this come in, and all I could see was golden light coming onto the canvas with magenta pink energies at the bottom of the canvas.
As I took the pigment and flowed it to the canvas, I could feel incredible joy, love and benevolence. Kindness. Protection. Peace. All is Well. I smiled as the flow expanded with this great being of light coming forth and opening another portal of the Golden Octave of Light.
La Luz de Oro, the light of gold, poured forth, with a wing of gold, coming from the throat and heart area, representing flight, movement of the Solar Octave of Golden Light and the ability to move that frequency through heart and word, and action. Active in principle, yet illuminating havingness, openness, healing, and receiving.
The radiant light emanating from the third eye, and as the halo around the head, is encoded with light language patterns and codes to awaken one's inner light at expanded levels, activating one's own talents and gifts as knower, as healer, as shape shifter and one who transmutes the shadows of life through light.
This Cosmic Christ light eradicates the darkest areas of soul illusion, bringing awakening and illumination of true Divine Self to light. Solar glyphs of circles with dots in the center, open numerous portals to this luminous frequency and inner dimension for easy access, through simply being.
This Radiant Being RA is alikened to the Solar Flares of our sun at this time, emitting light so powerful, one’s field cannot remain the same in this light frequency. All that is not of soul essence, purity, light and joy will be burned away in the high frequencies. Be not afraid RA says, for this light will disappear the darkness, and refocus the soul into pure essence and light.
The glyph at the throat sits on top of a triangle of the high heart. The triangle is symbolic of the chalice, or the Divine Feminine principle, holding a space of great receiving, and great overflowing of love. This is the chalice and the Holy Grail of the Soul, to be present to this Divine Feminine principle, at the center of the Radiant Golden Light being, anchoring in light and love through all creative activities, energizing and generating only from the frequency of pure love.
The spiral at the throat is the creative active response to the chalice of love, balancing and honoring the Divine Feminine with the active principle of the Divine Masculine… putting into form the receptive energies of the heart, of the chalice.
As the light penetrates all awareness, all is truly well, all is relaxed, all is abundant and filled with growth, all is filled with love.
Gaze upon the Radiant RA essence and be filled with the Solar Logos, another expression of your Celestial self. Open to receive the frequencies of this Solar Celestial light activation within your human vessel, within the vessel of your work, within the vessel of your family, within the sacred ceremony of your life.
You are upon an evolutionary path, one filled with great awakening of your light codes and soul rememberings. Gaze upon this portal, as well as the Soul Star Ka, as healing agents you have manifested from your own soul substance, to activate complete awakening and complete shedding of human forgetfulness.
Here's a little inspiration from the painting, Soul Star KA Essence, which was actually a commission. Yet the message is Universal and timeless.
KA, is here to open a larger portal of light for your re-membering and fullness. The golden waves of light and the purple octaves in the background bring the royal frequencies of your true essence to life and to light. KA, the galactic, royal purple and gold frequencies of the heavenly realms activate the healing of any fractured dreams, of any fractured selves, bringing together the oneness of the soul star with the personality and the human experience.
Working with this portal will support your re-membering and also activate this healing within your self and all around. Gazing upon the KA will activate your heavenly light frequency within all of your human realm, with gentleness, grace, joy and peace.
The symbols and colors throughout the painting are unified in their purpose for activation, healing and re-membering true self, purpose… allowing an embodiment of this light frequency through all time and space, and most importantly in each breath you breathe in this body in this now moment.
The hands in the painting shine forth this light frequency and cosmic codes of remembering and activation. They also reflect your healing spirit that is divinely connected to your heart center, and heart light.
The symbol at the heart is a star symbol, with a spiral in the center, surrounded by an equalateral cross, with generating light expanding from this symbol. This portal opens to the depths of the great Cosmic soul light of unconditional love and creative light force. It is symbolic of the generative essence of soul, activating your desires and your dreams. Be true to your heart is the message, and all flows from this love and this space of creative light force.
This connects upward to another spiral seemingly within a collar of gold, with white symbols. This symbolizes knowledge and wisdom, light codes and the power of creativity through love and wisdom. The white symbols are light language codes, activating your power and desires in alignment with the higher purpose you have for being on earth, and for serving the whole in waking up.
Another star glyph sits at the throat area, with an ever seeing eye. This again is a portal to activate the true know, seeing and acting of the Cosmic soul self through human form. A radiant portal bringing the heart into action, into words, into listening, into Divine knowing.
It is as if wings come forth from the higher part of this glyph, representing the activation of inner flight through inner knowing… true freedom of the soul to fly through the inner dimensions, and the ability to bring that wisdom, knowledge and frequency to earth into the human experience.
The glyphs symbols continue to appear into the face cheeks and the third eye area. Again a star glyph on the cheek on the right side of the painting, which is actually the left side of the being, representing the full on expression of the Divine Feminine star light of compassion, kindness, wisdom and unconditional love reflecting into you, into your life experience, holding you from the joy and love of the Cosmic Mother.
The glyph at the center of the third eye as a diamond is another portal to honor and activate your true sight at expanded levels, bringing that energy to all you meet and touch and see. It is connected to a golden circle at the top of the diamond, with a white dot in the middle and a DNA strand moving upward to Spirit, higher Self. This is representative of the Solar logos, and the God Essence, or Universal Creator Light as pure frequency shifting Self upward into Ascended Master, into awakened DNA, into Homo Luminous.
This essence being KA, emanates deep compassionate and loving rays of light frequencies to awaken the total, whole God Self.
Engage this beautiful essence and guide, and receive the blessings you have imagined, that you have desired.
You are powerful beyond what your personality wants to believe, and yet you truly know this within. Claim this, allow this, receive this love and be en-JOY.
The subject of "Keys to Making it Happen in Your Life" came from the invitation to speak at an International Women's Day celebration. The theme for 2015 is "Make it Happen!" I found this an interesting topic, very action oriented and masculine in the action orientation. My initial thought was how do I bring this into the Divine Feminine energy of birth and renewal, with the unification of the masculine and feminine energies that give new life.
To enter into the wholeness of our creative process, we must invoke the divine feminine presence through stillness and going within to the void, or the cosmic womb. There we find union with our Divine potential, there we access the vast wisdom in the quantum field, i.e., the akasha. Once we unite with this inner kingdom and queendom, we can give birth to anything. From here our outer masculine efforts have meaning and purpose, and are supported by our greater soul's purpose. From here the Universe, and all its creative flow of life force can support us and our dreams, and not just our individuated ideas and efforts. I suggest to "Make it Happen," we invite the larger presence of the Creative Source energy and discover the magic of being Divinely human.
1. Be present now. Go within.
From the place of presence and inner stillness you are able to experience your power to create. From this place you connect to your larger spiritual presence, and the presence of the Divine support that is constant. From the place of presence you increase your experience of havingness. From this place you can navigate the void and the potential of what you desire. From this place you can be present and clear to what you love, and what you want to let go of. From this place you can connect to all that is, and experience support and the flow of right timing. From this place you can sit in trust that you are perfectly safe and that all is truly given.
One of the laws of the Universe is that All is Given. No matter the appearances of things, All is Well, and All is Given. If you are in a state of chaos, with your attention in the future or the past, you are never able to receive fully what is already in your life. Gifts are available in present time.
Exercise to Be Present:
Take a moment to be present in body with your breath. Close your eyes, feel your body connected to the earth and breathe into your heart. Imagine a beautiful golden column of light flooding your body from the heavens above, illuminating and protecting you. Feel your breath moving in and out of your body. Feel the stillness as you breathe. Feel your body, your heart beat, your pulse, your rhythm. Breathe. Sink into the stillness and feel into the energy around your body, your quantum field.
Within the quantum field is all possibility, all your dreaming, and all your having. Breathe into this energy and feel the potentiation that sits with you, that is empowered by your heart desires. It lives now. By engaging it through your stillness, your desire and your focus, allow its holographic image and energy to arise into your presence. Experience your desires animated in your field in the now moment.
Breathe in and breathe out. Breathe this reality into your space with gratitude and union. Breathe in and out. Allow its vibration to bathe you, to enter your awareness, invoking its frequency into every cell of your being. Say thank you as you enjoy the energies of what is.
2. Let go.
To move forward in life, one must let go of the tethers of the past, of the old stories of what has happened, of the old hurts and the old loves that no longer serve the present moment. Whether it be closets full of old clothes that no longer fit or are in style, to old stories that really aren't you or the person you desire to be, you must let go and compost the old energies, beliefs and situations that hold you in the past.
Living on Earth is a cyclical experience. There is the process of morning, afternoon and night; of the seasons that roll through, from Spring, to Summer, to Fall to Winter; of child, maiden, mother and crone; baby, child, teen, adult, senior. With each cycle there is a birthing energy, a growing energy, a declining energy and a deathing energy. There is a beginning and there is an end. There is harvest and a composting.
It is only natural to experience anew, to ride the wave of that experience, and then to let it die and compost that experience, harvesting all the fruits of that experience, whether it was good or bad. From all things there is a harvest, even if the experience seemed fruitless. If you are present to the experience, you will find a teaching, a lesson, and a fruit or nugget of wisdom of some sort, even if it is just the practice of letting go of what was.
It is very difficult to create a new life, a new quest, and a new garden in a new season if you have not composted and tilled under the past season, refreshing the soil and preparing for new life. It is like walking through a land mine of skeletons you keep tripping over if you never bury the dead. The gardens of life become very fertile for creating anew when we get good at composting what has come before.
Otherwise the quantum field is running all sorts of old information, and attachment energies that just clutter it up. There's no room for a clear and clean new energy to come into your life if you keep hanging on to your old ways and old stories.
Exercise to Let Go:
Put on some music that you can relax into. I prefer shamanic drumming music, and high energy trance dance music, yet you can choose any sort of music that allows you to move out of your head. If you don't want to use music, use your breath as in the exercise above to move you into a trance like state and out of ordinary thinking reality.
Breathe in and out, relaxing your body. Breathe in and out allowing your thoughts to drain away. Breathe in and out with an intention of letting go of what no longer serves you, of cleaning your field, and becoming present to your essence.
Imagine you have a beautiful octahedron lined in electric blue around your body, protecting you. An octahedron is two four-sided pyramids put together at the base, with the point of one going into the heavens, and one penetrating Mother Earth. The bases of the pyramids should be connected at the bases at your waist area. Outline them in electric blue and fill them with pink and gold light. These are the building blocks of the Universe. Pink is vibration of unconditional love, gold the frequency of wisdom and blue the frequency of energy.
Ask if any guides, angels or totem animals would like to join you. Ask if one would come present to take you on an imaginary journey into non-ordinary reality. This is the place where you day dream and where your soul is free from the tethers of ordinary daily life. Once a guide shows up, ask if they would take you through a portal or a doorway into the desert. They may take you through a knot hole in a tree, up through a cloud, or into a cave. You will somehow move through a place that is a doorway between the worlds into another reality.
As you move through the doorway, have your guide take you to a very hot, and dry desert land. Lay down in the desert and focus on allow Mother Nature and all her elements and creatures to begin to deconstruct your body as you know it.
Feel your spirit lift above your body, allow the physical deconstruction of all the patterns within your body, and your life. Let go. Imagine with this body release, that you are also releasing all your mental and emotional thought patterns that have any limitation or dis-ease in them. Imagine all discomfort and suffering falling away with each part of your body death. Everything is given over and you don't need to manage any of it.
Give it over to Mother Earth and allow yourself to rest and regenerate.
Once you have allowed your body to decay and deconstruct all the way down to ash or dust, rest, and feel the freedom of no structure for a while. Then when you are ready begin to breathe in a new structure and body with all the patterns, vibrations and frequencies that hold your dreams and your desires in complete wellness, abundance, joy, happiness, freedom, etc. Visualize your body reconstructing from the earth into cells, blood, organs, bones and a body birthed anew at a higher vibration and frequency that holds more light, that holds your own potential at a greater vibratory rate allowing shift.
Your intention fuels this process, so don't worry about how it works. Engage the process and be present to the flow that happens. It works.
3. Focus on Your Havingness - You are Worthy. Find your HOLY YES.
When you engage your heart's desires, you begin to fuel the possibility of your havingness increasing. When you become present, and let go of your past, your limitations begin to fade away and you are able to catch the wave of creativity, fueling your own ability to receive. You become magnetic. Everything you desire is given attention and lights up in your "field," calling to it substance that gets more and more full in your field, manifesting into your physical life easily and magically.
You shift from "maybe this will happen" to "I am so excited about what I am creating." You are engaged in birthing your creations. There is no efforting.
With this you find your "Holy Yes!" You say YES! to your life, and know your dreams are holy, as are you! Havingness is saying YES to what you desire. You have your dreams for a purpose and a reason. They come from your true essence's desire to be here and to experience.
Focusing on your havingness and saying YES allows the energy of LOVE to engage your creativity. Imagine making love. It is fun, engaging, authentic, and passionate (hopefully!) There is no work involved. It effortlessly flows with gentleness and power.
Say YES, Be Receptive, Believe in Magic, Know YOU are Worthy! This allows your havingness to increase... watch the magic unfold!
Exercise to Increase your Havingness:
Find a quiet spot where you can be still and go within. Again, breathe in, breathe out, stilling your mind and your body. Breathe in light from above, and fill your body with that light. Bring in the light of the golden and pink octaves into every cell of your body, into every thought, every emotion, filling your field with love and wisdom. Open a pathway, connecting your mind's eye with the energy in your heart center. Call in your guides, angels and helpers to support you.
Now, think of one heart's desire you would like to create or make happen in 2015. Imagine it fully created and vibrating now, in color, light, smells, sounds, feelings, and knowing of its energy. Its essence is sending light from where it lives multi-dimensionally into this reality.
Sit with this energy and experience fully in your imagination your desire. Let it bathe you in joy and love and illumination. Stay with it as long as you desire.
When you are complete, keep the feeling you have just received and then put a pink balloon around your holographic image of your heart's desire, and let it fly free. Watch it float away. You have given it over to Spirit and your higher Self.
4. Honor Your Heart's Desires: Giving Voice & Action to Your Dreams
Sometimes it is very easy to honor what we desires. Other times we face fear in ourselves or our environment when we decide to "Go for it" in our lives and "Make it Happen." Often that means we are going to step outside of the box of what is expected of us to allow ourselves to dream, especially if it is a big dream.
As you become aware of what you truly desire, write it down, draw it out, imagine it in all ways that are fun, meaningful and enjoyable. Ask yourself and the Universe, "What might it be like if I allowed this to come into my life?"
It may mean researching the topic of your desires, taking a class, finding a community, and learning more. It may mean asking for help.
Protect your dreams from negativity and nay-sayers. As you are clear on your desires, listen to how you speak of them, and to whom you speak of them. First of all, listen to your own voice as you speak to yourself or others about your dreams. If you are positive and excited, you will attract those who are also positive and excited with you. If you are afraid and negative, you will absolutely bring situations and people to you who will reflect that back to you.
I watched "The Voice" last night and saw a perfect example if this when a young man spoke about his dream of being on the Voice and getting his music to the world. He said he was at a crossroads in his life, where he would choose to go back to medical school, or TRY to follow his singing career. He loved singing and medical school was second. However, if you look at his choice of words, his subconscious was letting him know what was in store for him if he did not become conscious to whether fear or love truly guides his path.
His words revealed he wasn't going to TRY to go to medical school. That was a very clear choice to GO to medical school. Yet, he was going to TRY to have a career singing. His words reflected his hesitation and fear, perhaps his lack of trust and lack of confidence. Most likely there is a belief that singing isn't a valid career choice, but medicine is. Within that belief one dream is worthy of creating, and one is not. The belief is reflected in the words and creates patterns of limitation in his field, and in how he can move forward with his dreams, or not move forward with his dreams. Amazingly he did NOT get chosen for the Voice last night.
Words are very powerful and reveal how we truly feel and see the world. When we put in the word TRY, it is a reflection that we are afraid we can't have what we desire, and that we are not confident in actually doing what we desire, or worthy of receiving what we desire. You either DO or you DON'T DO, there is no TRY.
Do your best to practice listening to your words. Protecting your dreams means you need to be CARE-FULL with your own words and beliefs regarding what is possible for yourself. Practice saying what you desire using the words "I AM" in front of what you desire. It brings your dream into current tense and is a phrase of action from your higher self. Such as... "I AM going back to school." "I Am a great singer, and I Am continuing with my career." "I Am guided on my path." I Am blessed and my dreams are blessed." Got the idea?!
Your words reflect and invite your own power of having, or your own pattern of sabotage. Pay attention, listen, choose wisely and create. Remember, "In the beginning was the word..." In all sacred, ancient texts you will find teachings and guidance on the power of the word. From all thought comes word, from all word comes form. When thought, word and feeling join together, action flows as does form. Create from the power-full thought, care-full feeling and I AM word that reflects your highest dreams manifest on earth.
As you are clear with yourself, you will be clear who to share your dreams with. You want to protect your dream child from the harsh world of nay-sayers who can slime your dreams. No one can do this without your permission. Yet we often give our power away to others if we want approval from the outside on what we are bringing into our lives.
Choose when to share your dreams. Let them get enough energy and substance before sharing with others. If you are pondering an action and you choose guidance from another, choose wisely. Choose someone who is fully unconditionally loving. They don't impose their beliefs on you. That is a rare person, and they do exist. Raise the bar on what you expect of yourself, your friends and your family in your havingness. You are worthy of great support, inwardly and outwardly.
Play the "What if" game with yourself and allow the Cosmos and your higher guidance team to support you. "What if you made this dream happen in your life? What if you really got to receive this? What if it was gifted to you from the Universe with great magic and ease??? What if I only had positive, loving supportive people helping me to receive this?" From this place your inner Divine child, your subconscious, and your higher guidance team will show you the possibilities and magically call forth support. From this you stimulate the quantum field and the Universe must answer!
Exercise to Support your Heart's Desires - Create an Altar
It is important to give attention and energy to our heart's desires as we are on the adventure to creating our dreams. That may come in a variety of ways. Some people make dream boards, others make To-Do lists. And some people create altars where their most sacred prayers and gratitudes have a place for expression.
I like creating an altar as a container for our prayers and intentions for our desires. An altar represents the soul's heart and a place for our heart desires to be held. It is a location where we can put out attention and intention. It reminds us to engage our prayers and our dreams daily. It is a place to ask for help, and to receive the blessings that our dreams want to give us. It brings a sacred ritual and action to our creation process. It helps us remember we are not alone in this process and that we have incredible support. It is a place to give it over to the Universe and to Our Source Creator energy.
For personal altars (that are not for others to interact with), I suggest finding a private space where you can place a few items to represent your intentions and desires. The altar can be of any size, small or large. You can even put it in a drawer so no one bothers it, or on a night stand.
Find a beautiful cloth as the foundation of the altar. I often use clothes that have an additional meaning or energy, such as those from the Shipibo tribe of the jungles of Peru. Each cloth is a song and brings a particular energy. Find a cloth this holds color and beauty, and possibly pattern that are pleasing and that bring the presence of sacredness.
Now gather items that represent your dream and place upon the altar. They may be a photo of something meaningful; written prayers; affirmations of your dream; stones or crystals; a candle; statuettes of goddesses, dieties, animal totems; flowers and incense; etc.
Your intention, and heartfeltness, along with everything you put onto your altar creates a vibratory pattern and frequency of beauty of love to honor and bless your desires as you set your altar.
5. Act and Give Up your Resistance!
Once you have become present to this process, what actions are next? It may be simple, like announcing to your friends you are "going for it". Getting the word out as you are clear and positive about what you desire can generate an incredible amount of response. Last year I posted something about wanting to get my paintings back out into the world, and did anyone know a place I should show? That one post got all sorts of responses. The biggest response was from a client in Chicago who said she had the perfect place for me to show. "Chicago" I thought how far is that? Then I looked it up and saw it was a 16 hour drive. My first response was to resist... Yet, I remember I asked and this was an overwhelming good opportunity.
I said "Yes." From that "yes" I ended up in Chicago four times with two months of shows and four opportunities for doing soul portraits. This also led to travel up and down I-80 which also manifested stop overs in Nebraska to do soul portraits. That resulted in connecting with more than 200 people and doing over 150 soul portraits. And I am going back.
On a similar note this year I asked inwardly "Where does my work go this year?" Again, I was guided to answer a call to an International Art Book, which I was accepted into. I had been invited for three years and never submitted. I finally acted and was accepted, and now will have the work go to more than 6000 galleries and museums worldwide for exposure in this book. Who knows what will come of it. Yet, I know something will come of it because I acted on what was already in front of me that lined up with my dream of the art going further into the world, so it can impact and bless others.
Things are already happening as a result of this one action. That action led to entering an International Art Show, and then led to getting my images onto a site where more product can be made from them, which has led to more of this work again going into the world to bless others.
Exercise to Act
Nike's slogan: "Just DO IT!" Research, outline, dream... what are some tangible actions you can take that honor your desires coming into the physical world? As you sit and give attention to this, you will move from day dreaming to creating what you want. One present moment at a time, all unfolds in a rhythm and a song. Be present to each moment and the actions will reveal and be part of your presence. No future, no past, just the creative act of painting the canvas of your life. Trust your intuition, your inner voice and heart, to guide your actions.
Bless your dreams, own them, love them, love yourself, give to yourself, and know that "Making it Happen" is actually a state of worthiness, and of "Allowing it to Happen!!"
The Autumnal Equinox is fast approaching us, indicating a time of change, of leaving one season of growth, sunshine and expansion, into one of harvest, completion and compost. It is a time of equal light and equal darkness. This is a time of leaving the warmth and moving toward the cold. It is a time of gratitude for the harvest in our lives, whether it be from the summer's crops or from our life's journey... it is a good time to gather together and focus on the gratitude for the blessings we have now.

Hold a Harvest Dinner
Being a time of harvest, call upon your loved ones to join you in a harvest dinner. Gather a cornucopia of food to share in community and tribe to celebrate your bounty, both in food as in relationships. When you gather, ask everyone to bring something to share at your meal, honoring the bounty for all. Also, ask each person to bring a prayer of gratitude or words of gratitude to share as you break bread together. This again focuses on your inner, personal bounties and help you anchor in the riches on all levels, mental, emotional, spiritual and physically.
Create a Harvest Altar
Create an Altar to honor the beginning of a new cycle of Autumn with the theme of Harvest, Gratitude, Completion and Composting. Draw from Mother Nature's fruits of pumpkins, gourds and corn stalks to represent the harvest, along with any other items that represent harvest and abundance.
Place prayers of gratitude upon the altar, in written words and messages.
Letting Go - On another piece of paper, write out what you need to honor regarding endings, deaths and things you are done with and want to leave in the past. Place on the altar for Spirit to take away and to bless you with wisdom and harvest from the experience.
Burn Away the Old with a Fire Ceremony - Clean away the dead and completed
Once you have written out experiences, feelings, patterns and old ways of being that need to die, place them in an urn or cast iron skillet, or fire pit with the intention of sacrificing them through the element of fire back to Spirit. If using a cast iron skillet, place a large pile of epsom salts in the skillet and soak in grain alcohol. Then (safely away from burnable items) set on fire and place the paper and energy of the experiences you desire to let go into the fire. As the fire burns, know your prayers are heard and the endings are being burned away. When the fire goes out, know it is complete!
Re-flect, Re-store, Re-set, Re-Vision, and Re-Energize Your Intentions
Now is a time of going within to appreciate where you are in life, to give thanks, and to receive the blessings that are within every part of your life. As you sit in this inner place of receiving, you will more clearly know your heart's desires. You will more clearly honor the rhythms of your life, and the seasons and cycles that life takes.
After you have harvested your garden and said thanks for what you have, it is a good time for reflection of what you have grown in this past cycle, what fruits came to bear, what didn't grow, and what you composted, giving you insight and wisdom in planning your spring garden — physically and metaphorically.
After the harvest is the composting, the digging up of the old garden and letting die what must die. In doing so you can re-set and re-vision from a place of greater clarity.
What do you need to nurture and restore? What fertilizer or food is needed to grow a better garden next season? Just as the ground needs rotation of crops or to lie fallow at times, so does our life path. We need to bring in additional minerals, or energy to support new and better crops next time around.
Take time to reflect so you can gain wisdom from your past cycle, from what you did wonderfully well, and from what you need guidance on.
The Scorpio Full Moon during the cycle of Taurus Sun brings the celebration of Wesak, or celebration of the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and death. This is a time of the Christ gathering the entire Spiritual Hierarchy for meditation and invocation of the spiritual forces of the heavens to bless and heal humanity.
The ancient Sumerian Goddess Lilith of sexual power was chosen for the Mythical Goddess Tarot by author Sage Holloway, and artist Katherine Skaggs, to represent the Divine Feminine essence of Power. As part of the major arcana, Lilith invites us to fly free from the shackles of our physical world and man's patriarchal laws, to embrace our full unbridled power and essence of expression. She challenges us to move beyond patriarchal power and convention, to honor our heart's desires and true nature as Divine. She asks you to be loyal to your own inner passion and make no compromise to your authentic self. Her wisdom and power challenge all that we know of our culture, yet lead us into the re-emergence of the Goddess ways of joy, pleasure and love as the core guiding wisdom.
Lilith's recorded history begins with the legend of Inanna, who is the granddaughter of Ninlil, the "Queen of Heaven" in early Sumeria. Lilith is a priestess of the sacred and holy sexual temple rites, who gives healing through her sexual powers. In the Goddess Cultures of ancient times, this was accepted as only sacred and holy. Lilith was seen as the maiden, or virgin aspect of the Triple Goddess.
Between 3000 BCE and 2500 BCE, the ancient Sumerian culture began its integration into the patriarchal views and ways, thus defiling the sacredness the Goddess offered to all people. The inner temple, sexual love healing was one of the first and most important desecrations the patriarchy imparted to conquer the Goddess and to distort and make evil the Divine Feminine.
The Goddess and all the powers of Woman were oppressed which include intuition, sexual healing, sacred temple priestess rites to lead and guide the people, the power of the heart rather than the head, and the sacredness of the body as the temple to name a few. They were sent into the shadows, feared and demonized. Women, and the feminine aspect within men, were pushed underneath the male, linear, conquering, power-over way of being.
In Jewish folklore from the 8th-10th century, Lilith is said to be Adam's first wife, born of the same earth as Adam (not from his side as was Eve.) She was born of equal ground, and given equal rights by God. When she wanted that equality expressed in every way, particularly the ancient sacred sexual ways, Adam said no and wanted his patriarchal dominion. Lilith knew her core power and essence, and called God forth, demanding he release her from this union and allow her to have her way in the world. She then grew wings and talons and flew away, to live her life unfettered by the lack of cooperation, respect and dominance Adam wanted to have for her.
As time passed and the patriarchal influences reigned on, the stories of Lilith grew more grotesque and more demonizing. Her original maiden gifts were the healing powers of her own sacred body and sensuality. She, as each of the priestesses of the holy temples of the goddess Innana, were the embodiment of the Goddess, of love, of pleasure, of purity and healing centered in the heart of the Goddess.
It is no wonder women have been culturally imprinted for thousands of years to be less than equal men, to take a place of subservience, to be outcast with her menses, and to be denied of love of her own body and sexuality.
We are now in a time of restoration of the Divine Feminine, of returning to balance, and to reclaiming our sexuality, our sensuality, our sacred bodies as temples, and our essence as that which is only Divine.
If you have been drawn to Lilith today, whether you are male or female, may you call upon her courage, passion and power to be yourself. Invoke her presence by calling her sacred Name, and invite her into your heart and your life for major transformation to align with your essence. She understands and has the ability to fly away from injustice, to summon forth the power of the heavens for freedom of her true essence. Let her wisdom of holy and sacred rites come into your body, to honor it, as well as your voice, that you may give to all of yourself in a sacred life.

February is the month associated with love, valentines, flowers and heart-shaped boxes of chocolates. If in love, it is a time for romance. If without partner, it is too often a time that brings emotional pain, disappointment and loneliness. On the soul’s journey, transcendent of holidays and time, love’s most sacred mission is self-love and union with the Divine. It is a rejoicing in everyway for one’s life, for one’s gifts, and simply for one’s own existence. The ultimate love affair is the discovery and celebration of the divine union with the Inner Beloved… this experience of Oneness with God and all life is as blissful as the most romantic love affair you can imagine with another.
Inside each of us lies a profound gift of love that is larger than any power we can conceive. When we look for it, listen to it, and ask for it to reveal itself, we are surprised by its sweetness, kindness, compassion and deep healing abilities when it arrives.This love is what we often think we must find from another, or must give away. Yet, its most sacred mission is to be received into one's own self.

Light and love flood in on each canvas. It begins before I pick up the brush. It is happening when I am just getting out of bed, praying for a sign today. ·God, show me the way. Give me a sign that this is what I am supposed to do.
And, as always, God brings the bright, beautiful God-sparks into my life to teach me about faith. Everyone believes that it is I who sits and reflects the beautiful God-spark to each one of my clients. Yet, they are my angels, coming to sit with me so I will remember God in their every smile and their beautiful love that flows forth to teach me faith.
