November 2024 Energies and EncouragementsNovember 2024 Energies bring significant change, upheaval, and challenge. As we enter the US election there are many divisions throughout the US and the world. Believe it or not, as uncomfortable as it is, this is ultimately for the betterment of humanity.
With the astrological influences of Scorpio Sun, a New Moon in Scorpio on November 1, and a Mars opposition to Pluto, you are most likely feeling every excruciating possible feeling of this conflict. When Mars and Pluto align (as they will on November 3), they symbolize cataclysmic moments of catharsis. Not only do situations come to a head, they tend to do so with complete (Pluto) force (Mars) and violent passion. This showdown takes place hours before Mars enters Leo.
As unpleasant as these energies are, now is a time to stay centered in your heart and the energies of compassion as best as you can, no matter what is happening in the world. Some of the greatest challenges and the greatest blessings have come in the world of destined relationships we have jumped into. Some of our beloveds we meet in this world stay a day, a cycle, or a lifetime. Sometimes those we thought we would have a lifetime are gone way sooner than we could ever imagine... through death, illness, moving away, or walking away.
I grieve today those I love who I thought would stay but had to go. I grieve the mistakes and the challenges that I thought we would over come; and yet, we came to endings of one sort or another that I am still processing. Coming to acceptance of what is is the journey. Learning is the journey. Loving more deeply, listening more intently is the journey. And... and there is much I still have to learn as I grieve.
I honor our soul's agreements; and somehow pray we each heal in ourselves what we could not heal together. I pray that we find others who can help us love ourselves and each other, that we can honor those who had to go on a path where they could heal that was not with us.
This may be friends, family, acquaintances. Who are those you need to release and to let go of and find greater love for yourself, that you may also love them even though they may not be in your life any more?
Some of us carry scars that are not seen by the world, yet we know they have made us the person we are today.
As we graduate from October and move into November very soon, take time to honor your journey, your woundings and your wisdoms, your losses, and your gains. What love can you take from your journey of life? What love can you give as you expand beyond where you have lived before now?
The energies of November promise great change and also great challenges. May we take our scars and be wise, be more loving, more kind, more conscious and present, that we speak with only love, that we choose with love and wisdom, and that we are better for all we have been challenged with.

As a mystic, shamanic practitioner, and one dedicated to my own journey of healing the wounds of the soul, and of a sensitive being who feels all the pain in this world, I find there is a journey to be acknowledged on the path of come to love, to peace, and to wholeness. We can call upon them when our pain is too difficult to bear, including the anguish we feel when faced with the struggles of others. I recently had a student ask my definition of love. Is love all the feeling of attraction? Is it how a mother feels toward a child? Can it be much more than an emotion?
Mystics, shamans, and scientists alike will tell you that everything in the Universe is energy and vibrates. Thought and emotion create. If you think, feel, speak, and act in love, you create your world with love. If you think, speak, feel, and act out of judgement, anger, fear, and trauma, you create your reality with these vibrations.

Love is the Universal force or frequency that gives life. It heals, restores, and creates miracles. The ancient Solfeggio tone measurement of love is 528 HZ. This frequency vibrates within the cells of our bodies as well all around us. The love frequency is within all natural life forms, from the chlorophyll of plant life to the DNA of human and animal life. It is the energy of "good vibes" we feel when we enter the forest or into a sacred ceremonial space or the divine connection experienced between two open-hearted individuals.
Sacred art of Saints and Masters often depicts a radiant, illuminating heart indicative of the power of love expressing through the loving masters and guides. Writings on Archangels, Ascended Masters, Monks, Saints, Priests and Priestesses reveal the power of the heart as one that gives healing, creates miracles, and guides the soul upon their sacred path. Following one's heart's desires is associated with the true direction of the soul.
Current-day scientists' are proving what ancient mystics and healers have understood about the frequency of love as a healing, harmonizing, vital energy. American neuroscientist Dr. Candice Pert discovered that 528HZ opens our chromosomes and exposes the DNA. Biochemist Steve Chemiski states in the book The Fork in the Road that the basic structure of organic chemistry, the carbon-6 hexagonal ring reflects the sacred geometry of the 528 HZ frequency. Dr. Joseph Puleo describes it as an extraordinary force that priests and healers of ancient civilizations used to heal and manifest miracles.
Dr. Len Horowitz discovered that the frequency of 528 HZ is the energy that brings spiritual signals and activating frequencies to higher consciousness. He educates us to understand that 528 HZ comes directly from the sun into all of our earth. The vibrations of this love frequency feeds the botanical world, which gives us oxygen and chlorophyll vibrating at 528 HZ.
The frequency of Love is of course associated with our heart spaces. 528HZ is heard in the heart of everything. When our hearts vibrate at 528HZ we are more positive in our outlook, happy, and at peace. When we worry, are skeptical, and basically in a bad mood, the frequency of our heart is affected and vibrates in a dissonant way. Closed-heartedness and depression are symptoms of a heart out of sync. Bathing in the 528HZ frequency transforms and lifts our mood, and helps to heal our bodies.
Dr. Masaru Emoto, pioneer in the field of "micro-cluster crystallography," conducted years of research sending positive intentions and 528 Hz frequency vibrations into water. Dr. Emoto experimented with the Love frequency on polluted water and witnessed incredible results. He filmed the molecular structure of water changing from disorganized arrays of crystals in polluted water into beautiful snowflake designs. According to Dr. Emoto, the snowflake designs include visible "messages" as if the water was actually "conscious." Can you believe it is a New Year? We've graduated from the cycle of 2021, some of us a little bruised and tattered, yet hopefully counting our blessings for all this is good amidst the really challenging, tempering times we have been adventuring. It is a time of endings, graduations, letting go, dreaming anew, reflecting, alchemizing, and moving into a new energy and cycle.
Prayers, blessings, curiosities, and imaginations are the way we focus our energy to create, to bring the formless to form. Quiet time, time of ritual and ceremony, meditation, journaling, divination, and creativity are all excellent ways to shift out of the old and move into the new. As we enter the unknown of a new year, it is a good time to let go of our old stories, past hurts and triumphs, so we may turn our focus to present time and potentiation.
Have you considered what you truly desire in this moment? Have you let go of limiting stories, thought forms, emotions, habits, and ways of being? If not, now is a perfect time to include that with your first steps into 2022 so you may enjoy the riches of a new experience, of a new dream. We are powerful, creative beings constantly choosing what is next. We are creating as we go... is it conscious, or unconscious? Now is the time to move into greater clarity and focus for clearly creating with more harmony, love, health, well-being, joy, prosperity, and abundance in all areas of our lives. No matter what is failing, there is a new, potent opportunity at hand.
May 2022 bring many adventures reaped with great love, hope, wisdom, healing, prosperity, joy, fulfillment, and illumination. May you, and I, and all of humanity harvest the good from all that has been, honoring it as sacred so we may be wise and present in our lives. May we release that which no longer serves us, composting the pain, the attachments and suffering, alchemizing each sacred experience into gold as best as we can, beyond anything we could ever imagine possible. May we receive the blessings that follow the composting — the rich soil to plan the seeds of desire and intention for new life that comes in spring, for growth, healing, and abundant restoration.
Over the last weeks I have taken some time to paint in the process of giving way to vision, and immersing myself in my creative process to bring healing to my own body and life. I could feel an Ancient One, a Grandmother, standing with me, showing me her wisdom, and bringing blessings of healing as I let go of an old pattern and way of being. With her came my dear friend Owl, to assist me in cleaning my body and my energy. Both offered much love and wisdom for my personal journey, and for what I have to share with you.
There is no mistake that Ancient Grandmother Owl Medicine painting came to canvas and imagery and words the past two weeks or so to help me. And as always to be here for you.
She walks with each of us as we open to her presence through our desires for wholeness. She reminds us that we cycle through many dreaming adventures, birthing experiences, adolescence, motherhood/fatherhood, and old age upon our earth journeys. These experiences offer us the opportunity where we once again must let go of what was, the opportunity to harvest the gold from the experience, and the opportunity to be still and move inward to receive, to integrate, and to eventually dream again.
She now cheers us on in our journey through winter, and the place of dreamtime. She encourages us to become conscious dreamers, present in each breath, observing and allowing, dreaming anew as we welcome the cycle of a new year.
Ancient Grandmother Owl Medicine urges each of us to be present in this time so we may be grateful for all we have. She encourages us to give through open hearts. This path of gratitude and reciprocity will assist us in being in peace once again, and the place of compassionate love that heals. Ancient Grandmother Owl Medicine says to look with the eye of a kind and generous heart, a generous nature. For here we shall experience the vast love of Spirit within and all around.
What dreams shall we dream in 2022? Where is your focus, your heart, your attention? What are you committed to in the new cycle?

Whether it be drawing, painting, doing a soul portrait, writing, or making a shamanic tool (yes, I make drums, rattles, feather tools and more), I experience healing, connection, and joy.
Creativity is the very essence of life. This summer I redesigned my front garden, put in a medicine wheel and recreated various flower beds and that was equally joyful for me. My yard was my canvas. 
Early in life I would escape into my room and draw, and later paint to get away from the rumble of ordinary life chaos I felt in my family or the world at large. Immersion in the creative process put me in touch with my inner world, that has led me to my true spiritual nature.
I was in my late 20s when I began upon my metaphysical, spiritual path. As I began to get exposed to these teachings I began to see art that conceptualized the ideas of dreams and the spirit world and that which is beyond the physical world.
This insp
ired me to draw and explore these ideas through my art. Yet, it was when I opened a metaphysical store that I began to dive in wholly. I saw art by Alex Grey and Susan Seddon Boulet in books and on calendars during that time and ‘knew I was supposed to do something like that.’ This is when I began to paint and go further on the path. Then I asked my guides, “How does my art and spiritual path come together?” It took a little while, probably a year!
But finally I heard, “Soul Portraits!” It was loud, and clear in my mind as if I was speaking with someone right in front of me. And I knew exactly what it meant…and it scared the holy daylights out of me! LOL. I have to laugh now as it is the most wonderful experience I can share with another person, couple or family.
Visionary art is transcendent art. It is art that reflects the mystical, the spiritual worlds, and the unseen world that animates the physical world. It connects our conscious mind to the eternal Divine essence. It is not only ‘visionary’, but energetic and often very healing for an individual to engage with. Visionary art awakens higher consciousness.
Soul Portraits are the process of reflecting a true soul’s essence back to them through a channeled image, words, and energy flowing onto canvas. Soul portraits are truly living paintings, assisting an individual in reconnecting with their eternal essence.
Each painting is a beautiful portal to the Divine. It has inspired color, symbol, and story to ‘see’ the recipient, and to remind them who they truly are beyond this physical life, supporting them in fully connecting to their essence.

Spirit Guide Paintings
It has continued to flow out from there, evolving to channeling Divine Beings, angels, masters, and light beings into form on canvas, with their messages and healing energies. In addition to soul portraits I bring in spirit guides for individuals and groups. There are personal spirit guides, and animal totems, in addition to larger group guides who make themselves known.
When they come in they bring higher guidance for an individual to heal, awaken, and grow similarly to a soul portrait. Yet I find the power and presence of a guide is powerful in another way, helping one to know they are never alone, and have support in their human life. I have brought in guides during group sessions too, who bring a message for that specific group, but also for the collective.
Tell us about your 44 card Masters of Light OracleI am very excited to say I am working diligently to finish the cards and writing so we can go to press by the end of 2021. This is a culmination of guidance that has come for many years now. There will be images of Divine Masters that I have painted since 2004 to 2021. You can see a sneak preview here.
Angels, Ascended Masters, Mayan Masters, Goddesses, and many other Divine Beings of Light are here to bring guidance, healing, activation, awakening and support for discovering your true Divine Self.
Every image and its message is high frequency, loving, and awakening when viewed. This oracle is vibrationally transformative to one’s consciousness and is a tool for awakening beyond the sleepiness of ordinary human life. These are master beings who are here to assist us in awakening on the soul’s journey, that we may love more greatly.
Sometimes the guides just come to me and ask to be painted, and to bring their message to the world through my own personal experience and needs. Other times, individuals commission me to bring a guide in, known or unknown, and then I engage with them on a spiritual level and ask them to reveal themselves to me. And I work with my intentions and call them to me if I know I want to engage them.
This began very clearly when I called in the 22 Goddesses for the Mythical Goddess Tarotin 2006 to 2008. I have many stories of how each Goddess came to me and showed me how to paint her. It was a conversation with the Divine, with her essence, archetype, story and message. Believe me, each Goddess, each Divine Being I paint is alive and well.
Prior to that, Mother Mary presented herself to me in 2004 in visions for three days, showing me she wanted me to paint her. Then she woke me on the third night and told me to get up and get the largest canvas I had and paint her. Well, I did get up in the middle of the night. I could not ignore her! And I painted 85% of a 3 foot by 4 foot canvas during that night. She beamed unconditional love to me and through the art that night she let me know the sacredness of sacred art that is created to transmit unconditional love and vibrations of wisdom into the world.
That was the beginning of me understanding that Mother Mary is one of my main guides and helpers to bring love and wisdom into this world through the art, and the products created from the art. The painting, a print of the painting, or a card and oracle of the works are each portals to bring light and awareness into a world that needs love and guidance.
What other works have you created to assist others?I am the artist and original publisher of the Mythical Goddess Tarot (author Sage Holloway). This year it won an Iconic Gold award with the Coalition of Visionary Resources. And I just released my new book Artist Shaman Healer Sage – Timeless Wisdom, Practices, Ritual, and Ceremony to Transform Your Life and Awaken Your Soul.
It is a shamanic, spiritual guidebook to empower you to change your life through understanding ancient wisdom practices for current times. It is also filled with more than 70 full color pieces of my artwork to inspire and uplift.
Once someone has asked for a soul portrait or spirit guide painting, I ask them to be quiet and focus on their true heart’s desires for getting a soul portrait or guide painting. What is the intention? What do they most need now? How would they like to heal? What changes would they like? What does their heart, soul, body, and life need?
When a person is called to get a soul portrait or guide painting there is usually some seed of desire that gets them here. Their soul is calling them. It may come through desire to heal the body or heart, or to expand into their spiritual life, or work life, or… It can be anything truly.
Perhaps they have seen a soul portrait and think “I have to do that!” Once we have connected I know they have been called to waking up to a new level of self awareness. So I ask them, “What is your intention or prayer for yourself right now?” This is part of the opening of the doorway to their essence energies and the visions they give me energetically when we sit together for their session (whether it be in person or via zoom.) If they are at a distance I have them email me a recent photo for physical reference. Yet, it is their energy and spirit that guides me in the symbol, color and story they most need to experience.
Once the portrait has been painted and goes home with a client, I encourage them to then regularly sit in open eyed meditation with the painting. Since it is a painting, sitting in meditation, and reflection with the imagery and artwork, it is a place for the client to re-member, to receive, and to awaken through their experience. Journaling and reflection is part of their sacred journey once they have received the art and the session.
The Divine is within you, no matter your human experience. Be curious about it. Ask for support. Say hello to your guides and the higher energies of love, of wisdom. Your curiosity will open the doors of the Divine, as will your time and attention. Whatever you focus on does expand.
Be clear where you focus. Do your best to focus on love, beauty, and kindness. As you are a vessel for this in the best ways possible, you will change your world in the most beautiful ways. Learn to respond rather than react to this world. What if it just got better as you did your best to believe in a better self, a better world, and the possibility of greater harmony?
We are the ones who create our world. It is up to us to be the change we want. We are in times of great change that look chaotic, messy, and too often far beyond our control. At times we will feel defeated, sad, and exhausted from the messiness of the human world.
Do your best to take care of yourself and your world. Do what you can do in your body, your mind, and your emotions. Do your best to be kind to those you meet at the grocery store, in your family, and in your world for friends. Do your best to love in the microcosm of your Universe. What you think, what you say, and how you act creates.
This is how you make a difference. What you give will come back to you. What you give will bless another if it is loving. Be the love you wish to experience.
If you are a writer or an artist, let your writing and your art reflect this. If you are a chef, create your food with love and give that. If you are a gardener, the beauty you create blesses others as yourself. If you are a bus driver, how you greet people makes a difference in their day. If you are a world leader, as you act and speak to be good for all, the greater harmony you bring within and all around you.
You matter, no matter your role in this world. Use your life in a way that restores love and pleasure and it will be the biggest blessing you can imagine, and more than you can imagine.

Clear yourself and your space daily by burning sage, palo santo, sacred tobacco, etc. Use essential oils such as frankincense, tea tree, thieves, lemon, peppermint, lavender, thyme, eucalyptus, chamomile, clove, cinnamon, pine, juniper and rosemary on your body and in your field. Diffuse oils in your home and place of work.
Anti viral plants you can add to your diet are oregano, echinacea, garlic, elderberry, astragalus, olive leaf, ginger, cats claw, chaga mushroom, calendula, pau d’arch, siberian ginseng, reishi, sangre de drago, and st. johns ward. Eat lots of garlic!!!
Colloidal silver is also excellent to take to support your immune system.
Take care of your gut to support your immune system. Stay away from sugar, grains and dairy to support a shift in gut health if you are willing, while adding probiotics and prebiotics. This will assist in your energy as well. Your immune system needs good food, organics food, so you can navigate this world well in a body! Stay away from GMOs and foods that have been sprayed with glycophosphates. Organic only is a good way to go, to insure your immune system is optimal.
Over the next month I will be setting up some remote group healing opportunities to join, as well as some live channeled paintings on FB to clear the fear. Most events will be free, or very low cost to join remotely. It is time to support, to vibe up and to thrive regardless of the circumstances.
Several key teachings in shamanism to ponder at this time:
1. You are the Dreamer of Your Reality — (How shall you dream your life regardless of the circumstances you are amidst?)
2. All is Well regardless of the appearances of things.
3. Everything is Energy. Everything is connected. (Do your part in shifting upwards, through your focus, your thoughts and emotions, your intentions, your actions. Choose love as best as possible. Choose kindness. Choose to bless yourself and others. Look for the magic and the beauty. Be the blessing.)
Use this most amazing, free, great tool - Your Imagination! Connect to your childlike nature of innocence, curiosity and wonderment. When you still your mind, your heart and your focus, use your imagination and curiosity to reach to greater possibilities unfolding. What is the amazing shift coming as we are in the change? How good can all of this get? How much better might it be as we transform? What if we are moving into greater harmony as we clear the fear? What is it like to feel, sense, see, act and be from a greater sense of harmony and love?
Move your focus and attention into this world of energy and be emboldened for magical shift!

Full Moon Jungle Redemption was painted deep in the jungles of Peru at the Yarapa Art School, on the Yarapa tributary off of the Amazon river early July 2015. Once again I was on a shamanic retreat, or shall I say "ADVENTURE!". This retreat, however, I struck off on my own to join a native Peruvian plant medicine and visionary shamanic sister artist, Casilda Pinche Sanchez. My shamanic adventure was filled with many more obstacles, challenges and opportunities for growth it seemed than my previous six trips to the jungle with my shamanic teachers, or that is what I like to tell myself. From language barriers, cultural differences, third world sanitation conditions and being the only white girl in the jungle, I definitely got the opportunity to let go of hucha (bad energy and attitudes), as well as fill myself with the true beauty and power the jungle had to offer.
Anyone devoted to the shamanic path knows that shamanic adventures are not romantic and necessarily easy, but they are vast in the opportunities to come into one's power and wisdom if you will take ownership every experience. After all, in shamanism, a core principle is that "I am dreaming my reality! As are you! We are the dreamers of EVERYTHING!" Another core principle is that "All is well, no matter the appearances of things!" So no matter how challenged I was on this adventure, just as I have been in many other shamanic adventures, I gained another opportunity to dream a little better and to know all was well or good, no matter the illusion I would wrangle with that I called challenging. A very clear guidance was that I needed to add a few significant details to my dream to raise the quality of my experiences!
Full Moon Jungle Redemption came right at the full moon, exactly when I needed her, and about a week into my 14 day stay. She came to bring healing, and to restore my heart energy, to restore my innocence, my purity and true inner beauty. This was not in spite of my challenges, but in transformation of my perception of my experiences. She came to help me forgive that which was challenging and hard within what I was experiencing as a harsh yet beautiful environment.
The imagery and energy of Full Moon Jungle Redemption brought me the restorative medicines I needed exactly at that moment. She offers inner awareness, innocence, purity, protection, wisdom, trust and sacred transformation. Her inward state comes in union with the powerful Divine Feminine medicine of the jungle.
The female in the painting represents the blending of the innocence and purity of the inner golden child with the young woman entering into her power. She is focused on the cup of sacred tea she is about to drink, in an inner reflective, and prayerful state. As this painting came into form, the word Redemption came into my mind, telling me the power and medicine this painting brings.
The other medicines that came forth in this painting are that of the Amazon river, again with pink dolphin as my Jaguar Woman painting that came first, and that of mermaid. The Amazon river is the river of life, the pink dolphin this time brings humor and love, offering a lightening up of the situation that has been intense. And the mermaid brings protection with honesty to the situation. She reminds me the 3-D reality is a dream, and to wake up and to nourish my self with the love and vast energy all around me, and within me.
Again, jaguar is present, arising from the energy of the cup of sacred brew. Jaguar's spirit, again reminds me that there is great protection and guidance always, and in all ways. To the right arising out the the cup are vibrant, chacruna leaves, to activate the spirit molecule DMT and bring great vision. Also arising on the right and overhead is the Ayahuasca vine, or vine of the soul. The sacred vine and the chacruna leaves create the magical brew (in the cup) of grandmother ayahuasca, a revered visionary plant medicine used by the indigenous Amazonian peoples to bring healing, vision and alignment with the highest soul’s expression.
The full moon shines the reflective light of the inner self, the subconscious, upon the beautiful maiden, bringing illumination beyond the darkness. Within the energy sparks and forms on the right above the chacruna leaves you can see the owl eyes, peering through the dimensions, again bringing protection and cleaning for this one, and for all who partake of this imagery.

Jaguar Woman is an inspired vision that came to me while deep in the jungles of Peru in late June 2015. Her inspiration was the first vision to come on a 14 day trip, without the comforts of home, and yet with the guidance of the jungle totems, plants, animals, birds, dolphins, mermaids, etc.
Jaguar Woman is the merging of Black Jaguar, a protector of mine, and a "medicine" that has worked with me for some time now, and woman. Particular to my own challenges of being in the jungle this trip, Jaguar Woman showed up from within my own being, to help me own my power and strength, and to let me know how protected and guided I truly am.
Jaguar filled me with restorative energy, great strength, power, protection, focus, authority and wisdom, and brought me other medicines reflected within this painting. Into Jaguar Woman's mouth is the Ayahuasca vine, or more specifically the banistropis capi vine. Around the Jaguar Woman's head is a circle of chacruna leaves. When the vine and leaves are brewed together, they create the powerful visionary Ayahuasca brew, native to the jungles of Peru. A cup of this sacred brew is held in Jaguar Woman's right hand, with much energy radiating from the brew, reflecting its power of transformation and restoration. In Jaguar Woman's other hand is a pipe with tobacco smoke coming from it. Tobacco is a powerful plant ally to the shamans in Peru. It is very good at carrying prayers to Spirit and clearing bad energy and bad spirits. It is also a protective energy, and works well when you honor it as sacred and respect its power.
My teachers will tell you tobacco is an amazing healing spirit, who will work with you when you are in right relationship. AND, if you disrespect it and are unconscious with tobacco, it will kill you! So don't mess with tobacco. Honor and respect it for its power.
To the upper left in the painting is Owl, whose medicine brings great power and healing. Owl eats fear, and brings the golden light of wisdom into any situation when you have owl medicine. Owl is incredibly powerful too, at cleaning up energy that is not serving you, assisting you in waking up and seeing more clearly what is Spirit and what is true, especially when life has been dark or difficult.
To the right of Jaguar Woman are two pink dolphins, another powerful medicine from the Amazon rivers. During my trip the pink dolphins brought me much happiness and joy, restoring my heart when things were not so easy in this jungle environment. The dolphins were reminders to lighten up, don't take it all so seriously. Restore your playfulness. At the top right you will find three hummingbirds, who bring the medicine of joy.
Jaguar Woman sits on a beautiful ground of patterns, which reflects the song vibrations of the medicine of the jungle. Many indigenous peoples in the jungles will tell you were are born as a song, or vibratory pattern. The Shipibo in the jungle will create "song" clothes that reflect these patterns and medicines. This pattern of vibrant greens is singing healing into you through the painting! These patterns extend into the waters of the rivers around the dolphins too.
As you look more deeply into the painting you will find eyes at the top of the painting as well as one under the far right hummingbird. These eyes represent the all seeing eyes of Spirit, and the wisdom of piercing the illusion of 3-D reality. We are multi-dimensional beings! These eyes are bringing greater vision to seeing through this world to the larger reality.
